HASSHIKI will take part in TOKYO Bon Dance × STEAM FESTIVAL 2026, held on Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27, 2026, around Takenodai Square in Ueno Park. As part of the STEAM FESTIVAL program on Saturday, June 27, HASSHIKI will lead a children’s workshop featuring VJ Experience / DJ Experience.
HASSHIKI has organized live events and sessions centered on audiovisual expression, where music, visuals, and technology intersect in real time. Through this program, we will open that form of expression to children, offering an experience in which they can not only see and hear sound and visuals, but also operate them, transform them, and create with them.
In the VJ Experience, children will encounter visual expression that changes in response to sound. In the DJ Experience, they will explore the feeling of actively handling music by mixing, connecting, and moving sounds.
By bringing together Bon Odori—a cultural setting open to everyone—with entry points into technology and expression, this program aims to create an opportunity for children to encounter digital art and musical expression.
Going forward, HASSHIKI will continue to connect sound, visuals, and technology to open creative spaces through workshops and educational initiatives, alongside live events and collaborations with artists.
